Training on conflictology was organized for IDPs living in one of the collective centres of Vani, in the tourist centre "Argo”.
Women’s leadership, team building, types of conflicts, negotiations – participants actively considered those topics.
Eliso Giorgadze thinks that such educational trainings change consciousness of society and increase peace spirit. Representatives of all generations should be actively involved in peace processes.
Participant of the training Zoia Sharashenidze thinks that such trainings are important for IDPs in order they could use skills of women’s leadership, conflict resolution, technique of conduction of negotiations in practice.
