Self-evaluation looks like a process when you look into the mirror and feel satisfaction. But it is not so, we must know our strengths and weaknesses. Only after it we will manage to rule our resources and possibilities. Low self-evaluation is a result of miscalculation and vice versa. When you love and appreciate yourself, you will see and appreciate kindness in others.
