On September 17-18 a Consultant Albina Shuyska, invited by the organization Kvinna Till Kvinna conducted a two-day workshop on project planning and management for the Fund "Sukhumi” staff. She carries out similar workshops for all 22 organisations – members of the Kvinna till Kvinna partner network.
- Definition of the overall objective, the project objective, outputs and project activities, selection of indicators and control mechanisms at different stages of the project – together with the participants the trainer tried to create a Logframe taking into account these mechanisms.
The members of Fund "Sukhumi” think that the training was very important for them since the Logframe discussed by them for two days is directly connected with their activity and involves the planning stage of different activities and reports.
