A meeting was held in fund, attended by the members of Law council and the representatives of 12 non-rehabilitated centers (this Council was establish in the frames of the Union of the joint project of the Teachers' Union ”Education and the Universe ", and Cultural-Humanitarian Fund" Sukhumi "). The meeting focused on changes and the additional recommendations in connection within the criteria for the resettlement of IDPs.

The issue of collaboration was discussed which should be signed by the members of the Law council and the project executors (the Teachers' Union ”Education and the Universe ", and Cultural-Humanitarian Fund" Sukhumi).

The memorandum will enable the sides to determine the relationships, rights and liabilities of the structure.

At Khurcha Youth Centre were held debates on the topic "gambling”. The meeting was attended by 16 young people: residents, students, pupils from Zugdidi, Koki and Khurcha, and members of Senaki Youth Cener.  Their participation made the meeting more interesting. This theme became relevant to young people, as most of them were addicted to such games and despite the fact that all of them know about the harm of gambling, it is very difficult for them to reject.

As there was noticed, statistically, 35% of the population is fond of gambling, which increases the level of crime and the number of divorces.

The young people agreed that it is possible to get rid of gambling by different habits: reading, intellectual growth, sports, healthy lifestyle...

During the debate there were raised several antigambling initiatives. Young people expressed a strong desire to participate in further events.
