Members of the Club of Women-Voters in Poti took active participation in the discussion of the expected amendments in the Election Code of Georgia. They said that it is necessary torecheck and specify lists and retrain members of commission.
-The workshop held by the lawyer of Fund "Sukhumi” gave us an opportunity to get acquainted with the Legislation and amendments, - said the workshop participants.
It is desirable that such meetings were held more often since the information from Mass media is not enough for the population.
Members of the Club were provided with the information about opening of the photo exhibition of a famous Russian photo journalist Vitkoria Ivleva – "Apotheosis of was”, one of the organizers of that exhibition are Fund "Sukhumi” and Union of Don Women, Russia.
The project is implemented with the support of the organization NED – National Endowment for Democracy, USA.
