Members of the Leaders’ School of Fund "Sukhumi" conducted twelve workshops on the theme "Leadership and Conflict" in Kutaisi, Tskhaltubo Samtredia and Koki. In the meetings participated local and IDP young women from Abkhazia. They actively discussed their leadership skills and opportunities, how they should act in a conflict situation to control your emotions.
