On October 29-31 in Batumi there was held a training of the School of Young Women Leaders. The first day was devoted to the discussion of homework. How the workshops were carried out, what problems they encountered, what they achieved - the girls talked sincerely about these issues. Types of communications, planning campaigns, internal and external policies, professional image of woman leader, business letters, phone calls, planning round tables – the topics discussed at the training were new and interesting for the participants.  - We've heard the new topics, learned about methods of planning campaigns, which we used in practice. All groups had interesting ideas. - I read a lot about the image of a woman leader. But what I’ve heard at the training was much more important. It turned out that we did not know much. - For me it was interesting to learn how to conduct a round table, since after the training we have to hold a round table. All the participants of the training had opportunity to be engaged in discussions and express their opinions.   The project is implemented with the support of Kvinna till Kvinna, women’s Swedish Foundation.
