In the Women's Support Center of Khoni, Tskhaltubo, Senaki, Poti, Kutaisi, Khurcha were carried out meetings (consultations) of psychologist of Fund "Sukhumi" with the participation of 102 women. One of the most pressing challenges, that concern women in these cities, concerns relationships of mother in law and daughter in law.
-Those who do not have possibility to live separately from their parents, should think seriously about diplomacy in dealing with mother in law from the very beginning of joint life.
It is important to keep psychological distance. You should not unburden your heart to mother-in law, trying to please her in everything. Then it will be much harder to pick up the pieces of your heart broken with scathing remarks. In a dispute with your mother in law is unlikely to be born truth, accept the fact that she likes to give advice.
Joint life will become much easier if you distribute your household responsibilities.
If you behave yourself honestly and not dump your responsibilities on each other, life will be better.
The main thing to remember is: Whatever it is - you are one family. And there is nothing more important, – advices the psychologist.

"Despite the fact that often there are conflicts around me, I never thought that my character, personal qualities may have an impact on the course and development of conflict. I’ve heard a lot of interesting and reconsidered much".
"It's interesting to listen to the theoretical material on conflict, but it’s much more interesting when you use all in practice. I think that role games and exercises are the best way to apprehend information.”
Such were the views of workshops members.
From 12 to 22 October, girls-leaders of fund" Sukhumi held five workshops in Senaki, Kutaisi and Khoni on the topic "Leadership and conflict". Workshop participants were IDP girls. In their opinion, the knowledge that they had obtained was important for them and they would necesarily use this knowldge in their lives.

-Legal mechanisms on the struggle against violence exist though they are not effective enough. Based on our activity which actions may be done against this problem to make these mechanisms more effective – the group of experts of Fund "Sukhumi” started meeting with Fund employees with discussion of these issues. The meeting was attended by the project assistance, trainers, journalists, psychologists who work actively on eradication of the problem of violence.
There were expressed new proposals during discussions:
-Regular articles in journal with lawyer’s explanations;
-Listening to radio monologues of victims of violence on different measures with lawyer’s comments;
-Showing of films on the topic of violence in collective centres with lawyer’s comments.
Proposals elaborated at the meeting will be reflected in the future plans of experts’ group activity.

In October fund "Sukhumi" organized meetings in the Women's Support Centers in Kutaisi, Khoni, Tskhaltubo, Khurcha, Poti, and Senaki. Participants of the meetings were IDP women from Abkhazia, schoolchildren and students.
A lawyer rendered consultations on different legal issues, in particular, there was discussed activity of the Civil Registry, innovations concerning the issuance of civil documents - birth certificates, marriage and divorce certificates, death certificates, and passports. At the request of citizens there was prepared a draft proposal of the lease of real estate. There were also provided consultations on issues of prisoners’ pardon.
The special attention was paid to the guidelines of the State Strategy on IDPs, according to which the process of provision of IDPs with the long-term housing has been fulfilled.

Women and young women IDPs gather in Women’s Support centres on the appointed day and hour to exchange experiences and skills of cooking.
In October master classes in cooking took place in Tskhaltubo (12.10.10), Khoni (14.10.10) Senaki (22.10.10) and Poti (20.10.10). Women have demonstrated their skills in preparing salads, pizza and a cake "Raffaelo".
Such meetings are important for women because they not only learn, involving in the process of cooking of various dishes, but also get a chance to talk and discuss their problems.
