On December 21, during mobilizers’ network meeting, the issues of preparation to 16 active days of fighting against violence and conducting joint actions in Georgia were discussed.

During the network meeting, the sociologist Tata Kalandadze conducted consultations for the mobilizers regarding the research in frames of the project.

The mobilizers spoke about the work, conducted in the centers during last month. At the end of the meeting they were given the attributes of the campaign.

On November 4, 10 and 20 psychological consultations were held in Tskaltubo, Khoni and Poti, amount of participants was 29.

In Khoni the meeting was held in the office of the lawyer – Sophie Grdzelishvili, together with the beneficiaries the meeting was attended by the representatives of the NGOs. The issue was violence and its socio-psychological aspects.

In Poti and Tskaltubo besides the issues of domestic violence, conversation also touched the topic: “Anger and techniques of its ruling”.

On November 19 and 20, in the prisons of Kutaisi and Geguti, psychologist of the fund “Sukhumi” with support of the NGO “Man, law, freedom”, conducted 2-2 informational-discussion meeting on the issue of domestic violence. The prisoners were inter active, mainly in such issues as the roles inspired by mentality and stereotypes.
