Methodic of the training (workshop), link between group and topic, communication with audience – interesting work on these and other issues was carried out with trainers of Fund "Sukhumi”. The training was held by the head of the German women’s organization OWEN, professor and ethnoconflictologist, Marina Grasse. -                      The three-day work showed me much. I have been convinced once again that the training effectiveness is dependent on how properly the trainer uses construction which means link between the trainer and audience and the trainer and topic. -                      Many approaches of the trainer are also important for us: creation of trustful atmosphere in the group, provision of psychological security, perception of personal significance by participants. -                      The work we do is not only the work on issue, with people (women). They have experience, they make an influence, which is connected with change – this is a result, - all of trainers will use recommendations of Marina Grasse in their activities.   The project is implemented with the support of the organization EED Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst.
