The main objective of the meeting of Fund "Sukhumi’s”
representatives in the City Council of Kutaisi was provision of information
about the new project that started in September with support of the UN Women’s
Fund for Gender Equality.
The meeting was held with the first Deputy Chairperson
of Kutaisi City Council Levan Kirkitadze and with the Deputy Head of the
Secretariat. They declared about their support in the process of creation of
Gender Advisory Council which will be the first institutional model for the
achievement of gender equality at the local level.
