Kutaisi organized the forum – exhibition of the volunteers (organizers – Kutaisi educational development and employment center, volunteers of USA Peace Corp. and NGO "Helping Hand”). The exhibition was held in the state university with participation of about 20 NGOs, among them Fund "Sukhumi” with its different and interesting projects, which was represented by the members of youth part of the organization: Mari Kvekveskiri and Helen Shcroder. There were lots of interesting publications of the Fund”Sukhumi”. Several students expresse a will to be involved in the youth projects as the volunteers.

Organizers consider that, forum – exhibition will become traditional.

An interesting meeting was held in the village Nakhakhulevi – Khoni Municipalitie, with participation of 13 young people.

The main topic – women’s rights, was unusual for them. The question of one of the girls was quite strange: where can they use their rights, but at the same moment there was an argument that similar meeting, interesting theme, free space positively effects on the young people. They learn culture of discussions, hearing and the main thing they are getting free of complexes.

What is the history of the March 8, what has changed, what problems do the women have, how are their rights protected. These were the main issues of the debates in public school of the village Nakhakhulevi (Khoni, attended by 20 participants.

The young people expressed their opinion that one day in a year is not enough for the woman, to be in the centre of attention. There are lots of problems among women: the problem of migration, gender imbalance in the family and society.

To their opinion, more jobs must be created, in order to decrease the unemployment. The state must receive changes in the law for reaching gender balance.

There was expressed an opinion that the work regarding women must not be solved only in one day.

At the request of Ozurgeti Sakrebulo, an informational meeting with the lawyer of the Fund "Sukhumi” was held, where the law on local self-government was discussed. The meeting was attended by the representatives of Sakrebulo and Gamgeoba, members of different political parties, acting lawyers. The meeting was conducted on the basis of active discussion.

The lawyer also met the members of voter women’s club of the Fund "Sukhumi”. They were presented the information regarding elections code.
