Advocacy group raised a question of club member - onchologycal patient – Nani Baladze. She has no permanent residence, lives in hard conditions, has a disabled son. In spite of the fact, this family was not listed among socially unprotected people.
Advocacy group got interesting with this problem and will try to solve it.
We have addressed the City Hall to involve Nani Baladze in the program of “Cheap Flats”. This program provides socially unprotected people and families without permanent residence with accommodations. We hope that our demand will be satisfied – said the moderator of the voter women’s club – Eter Diasamidze.
Advocacy group also raised a question of 10 year-old sick boy. The group will ask the City Hall a petition with the school to permit the teacher visiting the boy at home. As the club members told, the boy is mentally developed and talented and he needs to get an education.
The project is implemented with the support of the U.S. Department of State
