The lawyer of the fund “Sukhumi” held a consultation for the members of Senaki Women Voter’s Club.

-I delivered information to the IDP women about a law on IDPs about changes in action plan of IDP state strategy, mentions the lawyer Ia Kvaratskhelia.

-They received answers to the questions: how and whom to address to get accommodation, is it necessary to fill the application, what is the principle of giving the scores and etc. we discussed problems of collective centers and the ways of their solution.

The youth club of Poti chose following theme for the debates: parents, children and their relationship.

Facilitator spoke about children’s rights, underlined how important is to create correct relationship with children in the early age, in order to have fewer barriers in future.

Debates was attended by the parents, who spoke from the side of the parents and fixed that mothers often are incorrect towards their children and forget that each child is an individual, because of that forced teaching, playing, walking is a fault and abrogation of their rights.

Debate participants consider that informing about this case is essential, particularly young mothers need psychological advices, as correct relations decrease family conflicts.

It was the first meeting with the journalists after elections, so the conversation first of all touched journalists’ share in the elections – their attitude, support for the women candidates, their opinions towards election results.

There was announced that in pre-election process they especially remembered Nato Katamadze, Lia Gvenetadze and natali babukhadia.

Kutaisi journalists have a hope that all three deputies of Sakrebulo – nato katamadze, Irma Petriashvili and Lela Kelbakiani will better conduct work of new Sakrebulo through gender direction.

Journalists elaborated “home task” – for further support of women deputats and promote formation of gender policy in local government.

On the ordinary meeting of Senaki WVC there were raised problems of IDPs, residing in the collective centers of the resort “Menji”: there is no water supply, sewerage system is damaged, bunker is amortized... the problems in health sphere was mentioned – majority of IDPs have no possibility of relevant free examination and treatment.

Club advocacy group will address local self-government regarding and the Ministry of health of Georgia with concrete issues.
