24 first grade students of the leader-girls school were given the task – conducting social research to study condition of the IDP girls in the cities, where they live (mainly inquiry with 10 girls and in-depth interview with three women, who are considered as leaders).
By the dates of June 30, participants of leader-girls school conducted inquiry for 180 IDP girls from Abkhazia, and in-depth interviews with 54 leader women. Majority of IDP girls have partly information regarding women leadership, they need assistance for showing their possibilities.
Most of IDP girls have desire to solve conflicts in a peaceful way, majority of them do not consider themselves as a leader. They think that the others must take part in public activities and the others must solve problems, as they have no such skills.
Low self-evaluation of the girls is an influence of those stereotypes, by which leadership is not their business, problems must be solved by the men and they must be the leaders in all spheres. The girls do not think to show their leader skills, though most of them were glad to take part in the inquiry and is ready to be involved in the similar activities.
In-depth interviews with the girls showed that they have to overstep Georgian stereotypes regarding the fact that woman is a housewife and a man is a leader while fulfilling their possibilities.
By the opinion of the respondents, overcoming the barrier is possible by formatting awareness of the society, settling of correct visions regarding possibilities of women.
The respondents think that woman can do anything in case of will even better than man.
They think that status of leader woman is not easily acceptable by the society with the opinion that women are less clever. Sometimes the men are afraid of leader women as they think that will be hidden under their shadow.
Leader women think that a woman must recognize her equality with the men without psychological limitations. Otherwise equality will not be reached. Existing inequality will be badly returned to the society.

Evaluation of pre-election environment through the side of women’s participation
How is the pre-election climate in self-government elections evaluated through the side of women’s participation by the members of Batumi GAC, how the women candidates evaluate their chances and what do they suggest to the voter, if they have the hope of women society solidarity. Radio “Freedom” aired meetings of women candidates with the voters and the issues which were raised on this meeting.

Gender analysis of the election results
As self-governmental elections showed, that the local society is not still ready to support women candidates. By the evaluation of GAC members gender picture of Sakrebulo is an example of it – as a result of Batumi local self-government elections only two women became the favorite of the voters. How are they going to realize own potential. The radio show aired the story regarding these issues.

Research of the fund “Sukhumi” local gender needs – in the air of the Radio “Freedom”
Radio-show in the air of radio “Freedom” was devoted to the research of local gender groups’ needs, carried out by Batumi GAC and the fund “Sukhumi” and reveals position of local government and different state structures regarding revealed problems.

In the youth center of Senaki, the second phase of the project: “You projects for the protection of environment in Western Georgia”, which envisaged trainings in 6 cities of Western Georgia on the issue: “Problem of environment protection in our country and management of waste” and making handmade things using the waste.
Leaders of the youth centers of the Funs “Sukhumi” together with the initiative groups successfully did the task.
Final, the third step of the project will be finished by the exhibition of the handmade things in Kutaisi July, 6.
What kind of activities does the fund “Sukhumi” carry out in general state context, what was changed regarding violence against women, what should be done in future form more assistance of the victims – these issues are analyzed by the third issue of the journal “Women’s voice”
Role of WSCs, support of psychological and legal services, influence of the journal, collaboration with state and NGO structures – concrete materials are devoted to these issues and well represents mission of the fund and its activities.
8 group and 5 individual meetings were held in June in kutaisi. The meetings were attended by 71 women, for 19 to 58. The topic of the meeting: “Why are we scared?”
Feeling of fair is among each of us. The people are often afraid of: death, failure, loneliness. We generate our fears.
Advice of the psychologist in dealing with fears: look at the situation from the other person. Does it really look so scary if you're not in the role of the main character, but merely a spectator? In psychology, this method is called "dissociation”.

The project, initiated by Ozurgeti GAC started, which envisages working with the youth by the gender side.
The first activity of theproject was three-day training in Ureki, which was attended by tye members of Ozurgeti GAC.
First of all the participants familiarized with gender issues, then learned neccessary skills for the trainers that will be useful in work with the youth.
The main part of the training was devoted to specifics of conducting trainings and practical work – elaboration of the working plan – the module.
The group was motivated even from the start, but at the end their motivation was raise more. It was well shown in the comments, when they said that they had a desire to share knowledge and opinion to the others.
For today many countries recognize that there are gender and women's problems, solution of which according the needs, require elaboration of concrete strategies and implementation of special measures.
In all spheres of life, conducting of complex and deliberate policy for solution of gender inequality problem was emphasized at the Women's World conference in Beijing. One of the main requirements of this meeting was elaboration of strategies and programs. According the paragraph 289 of Beijing Action Platform, “NGOs have important role in creation of social, economical political and intellectual climate based on gender equality. Women organizations must be actively involved in implementation and monitoring of the policy, directed to reaching gender equality”. >>>

Individual consultation was conducted for the citizen E. Sh. who is the victim of domestic violence from the side of son and daughter – in – law. They want to owe the heritage and do everything for this. It is time to know our rights and prepare documentations in order not to face similar situation. Knowing own rights protects a person from the problems
