In spite of efforts of the state, public organizations, scales of domestic violence is still alerting, its hardest social results. New social add was added to the video archive of the Fund “Sukhumi”, which responds to the problem of domestic violence and serves as setting of healthy life-style and non-violent culture.

Duration of the social add is 38 seconds. It is planned to air by regional and central channels.

On June 20, at 16.00 in the park of Veriko Anjaparidze, Kutaisi (near the White Bgidge) fund “Sukhumi” organized the festival “From Abkhazia - to Abkhazia – from rich past - to decent future!” (for celebrating IDPs international day).

Round the Rioni river there gathered NGOs who represent Abkhazian IDP public sector and actively participate for integration and strengthening of IDPs. Pupils of Abkhazian schools (Kutaisi, Senaki, Gali region village nabakevi) organized presentation of their works.

Festival was attended by ye representatives of the Ministries and Abkhazian state structures.

In spite of the windy weather, the festival was lovely and interesting – there were greetings, shows and quiz awarding of exceptional organizations and people.

Children were especially glad; they received prizes for correct answers for the organizers of the festival.

This day made obvious everyday life, which in spite of the difficulties of life try not only became hardship for the country, but be an example by their work and success, civil kindness and professionalism
