September 28 is an international day of information freedom. In September, participants of the meeting received information on: “publicity and availability of information”, mainly: in case of interest, each citizen can familiarize and ask for the information in public premises, if it is not state, professional, commercial or private secret. There was also an information regarding: how must the citizen address public premises for receiving information, in what period must the state premises deliver information, in case of reject, the reason should be explained. Public information is free of charge, but there are exceptional cases too. Therewere also information regarding: bank relationship, agreement of loan, resettlement criteria, relations in family and so on.
