Part of the women is difficult to identify emotions and feelings. That’s why the psychologist of the fund “Sukhumi” decided to talk with them regarding this. 29 women of age 19-58 attended the consultative group meetings in WSCs of Kutaisi, Senaki and village Khurcha.

Topic of the conversation: what do we know about our emotions and feelings.

The conversation was interesting, emotional.

Briefly:

Emotions are quick, short elements of feelings, the feelings are stable, long lasted. Emotions are on the surface, feelings - in depth.

·  Acquired emotions we call feelings.

·  Feelings are formatted on the basis of simple emotions

·  The mechanism of emotions we can explain the feelings are hard to explain in words

·  Emotions are short-term, feelings last long.

·  Feelings are expressed by emotions

·  We are well aware of feelings, and often do not have emotions.

·  Feelings do not change depending on the situation and emotions are always tied to the situation.
