- Teens cannot accept failure in love, for them it's almost end of the world!

- They do not talk to parents, not sure anyone will understand them, it is often followed by suicide

Phrases like this could be heard on the debate club, held in the Youth Center of Poti.

Participants remembered some real stories and discussion continued on the emotional background.

- Psychologist must work in schools. – say the young people - as there are questions, which are not discussed neither with parents nor friends.

At the end of the debate there was a positive evaluation. It was noted that they had never talked about it and got a lot of useful information. According to them, it would be good to hold such debates in schools, because this issue is very urgent.

- Particular attention should be paid to the development of small business, as it makes a person independent both socially and economically.

- In kindergartens there should introduced modern training programs.

- Women should be able to pass long-term courses in modern educational programs.

Active and interesting was the fourth session of Senaki Gender Advisory Council (GAC), which council members announced some suggestions and recommendations, fixed by target groups during their assessment of the gender needs of women in Senaki.

GAC members are very pleased with the fact that they had the opportunity to be involved in this work, because they have received a lot of information, gained tremendous experience and increased their motivation to foster local gender policy.

At the meeting, a discussion of GAC action plan was conducted, which will include activities in line with the recommendations from the research.

Representative of the Fund "Sukhumi" began the meeting with representatives of local media with gratitude for the support and cooperation - as it became a tradition to do TV shows and film about a work of Senaki Gender Advisory Council (GAC) and pay more attention to Gender topics.

At this time, after the information meeting the journalists had a desire to take part in a meeting of the GAC and listen to people who conducted a study to assess gender needs.

Meeting was interesting, since it was attended by journalist George Siradze which actively cooperates with national and local media, also he is a representative of Ozurget Gender Advisory Council.

There was an initiative to make exchange meetings of journalists so that they can share with each other gender and professional experience.

- We are more interested in working of the GAC - noted Senaki journalists.

The meeting in the village Mendji raised a main problem of the IDPs – residing in the hotel “Kolkheti”. As Liana Shulaia told, because of amortized water supply system, the population is not provided by the water, they carry it from the neighboring wells. The problem was several times raised to the representatives of different structures, but in vain. The problem was aired by the journalist George Siradze the same day (see attached at)
