The meeting held in Batumi House of Friendship was led by the head of this organization Medea Mikeladze. The informative meeting was attended by people of different age and profession,   representatives of Greek, Armenian and Ukrainian Diaspora.

At the informative meeting representative of fund "Sokhumi” was interested in activities of Diaspora. No less interest was shown by Diaspora members – they got acquainted with work of fund "Sokhumi” and they expressed the desire to be involved in the activities carried out within the project frame.

Various types of events are held in the House of Friendship, there are the special language courses for National Minorities, where the young people have possibility to study both their native and Georgian languages.

There are held intercultural evenings as well, but as they mentioned it is desirable to arrange such events more frequently for further improvement of friendly relationships.
