Fund "Sukhumi" is preparing to accept a new group of Young Leaders School participants. The first qualifying training was conducted in Khoni on February 14, the second - in Khurcha - February 17, and the third - in Tskhaltubo - February 21.

 - Women's leadership, communication, the essence of the conflict - a one-day program was devoted to the discussion of these topics. The participants’evaluation is as follows:

- I have come here toshow my skills and become a member of the School of Young Women Leaders.

- I have got a lot of new and interesting information. I have looked at myself from a different angle and assessed everything.

According to the trainers, the group of young women is very strong. Group and individual exercises have shown well the capacities of young women. After each training 4 girls will enter the school and others will join the various activities of Fund "Sukhumi".

Qualifying trainings will be held in other regions too.

In the office of teachers’ union "Education and Science” a meeting with advocacy committee members of Kutaisi non-rehabilited collective centeres was held. They were given the brochure – "Informed IDPs make advocacy of their own problems”, published in frames of joint project, implemented by "Education and Science” and fund "Sukhumi”.

The members of advocacy committee will deliver brochures to the municipalities, Abkhazian Government representations in Imereti, IDPs Regional Department, political parties, parliamentarians,  for informing as many people, as possible about the recommendations elaborated in these collective centers and finally envisage IDP problems.
