Women’s peacekeeping, human safety gender components, local reality through protection women labor rights, protection from domestic violence – as the important issue of the gender security, state responsibility towards taken obligations, ecological problems through this direction in the city and importance of civil activities, difficulties regarding IDP integration and social adaptation, different generations of the women – with different views of life and agreement after severe discussions.
In the WSC of Poti is the fourth in frames of the project “Women and girls for the peace, security, social justice” and it once again made tangible the problems, which are faced by our women and improvement of which depend on their civil activities also, on the background of international experience there was revealed importance and meaning of women’s peaceful participation.

- How important is voting process, what does citizen’s voice mean, how do we make a choice – these issues were discussed on the debates in Tskaltubo debate-club. Different opinions were heard: one part considers that the youth has nihilistic attitude towards elections, as they think think that there voice will not change anything and thus they do not participate in elections.
By the opinion of the second part, the reason is that there does not exist relevant education, they ar not familiarized with election meaning.
The debate was attended by the member of Tskaltubo Sakrebulo – Kakha Pantskhava, who gave competitive answers to the questions and delivered the youth important information regarding a work of local self-government.

On coming local self-government elections is a topic of discussion on the youth debate-club of Khoni. At the beginning the participants were delivered information regarding election system, how and for what period is local government elected, what does Sakrebulo mead and how it is organized.
The debates showed that the youth must be more actively involved in election processes, as they are connected to their future.
-What government we choose the same result will be received, that’s why it is essential to recognize what programs are suggested by the candidates and then make relevant choice – said the members.
The same day there was planned that the youth will visit Khoni local self-government and will familiarize will its work.

In May, a topic of the meeting with the girls is: “Trafficking and its protective mechanisms." Three meetings were held in women WSCs of Kutaisi, Poti and Tskaltubo.
Trafficking is a very actual problem, that is why the topic for discussion was followed by active discussion and real examples.
One of the participants said: "We have to go abroad on exchange projects and we must know more about protection mechanisms for not to become the victim of the trafficking."
