- Our women are proud of the fact that they are friends with their children and they trust them too much, - says the psychologist of the fund “Sukhumi”.

There is a question, why did we decide that being a parent is worse than being a friend. We began to understand that authoritarian style of parentship works not so well and began to elaborate something new – they called modern word “friendship” to adequate behavior and ensured management. It is dangerous to overdo the friendship, the authority may be lost. Friendship must be equal. Children want confidence, support and understanding from the side of parents. This is the most important. It is a pleasure to live in such harmonic family.

There were conducted 8 group meetings with psychologist in the collective centers of Kutaisi in May, devoted to the “Day of Family” and 4 individual consultations regarding different problems.
