Fund
"Sukhumi" is preparing to accept a new group of Young Leaders School
participants. The first qualifying training was conducted in Khoni on February
14, the second - in Khurcha - February 17, and the third - in Tskhaltubo -
February 21.
- Women's leadership, communication, the
essence of the conflict - a one-day program was devoted to the discussion of
these topics. The participants’evaluation is as follows:

have come here toshow my skills and become a member of the School of Young
Women Leaders.
- I
have got a lot of new and interesting information. I have looked at myself from
a different angle and assessed everything.
According
to the trainers, the group of young women is very strong. Group and individual
exercises have shown well the capacities of young women. After each training 4
girls will enter the school and others will join the various activities of Fund
"Sukhumi".
Qualifying
trainings will be held in other regions too.
