In frames of the project - ”Women and Girls for the Peace and Social Fairness”, first workshop was held in Kutaisi. Girls and women were joined by the boys also and that made the discussion more interesting.

From the issues of human security there was raised one of the most sensitive for the women - labor rights protection and according the changes in the law of labor, the groups expressed their view. The experts realized the problems of both employed and unemployed women and fixed the ways of their solution.

There were also interesting discussions round the second issue – international experience of women’s peaceful activities and local strategy of using peaceful resources of women. The participants revealed the group of women with such potentials and suggested strategy of their strengthening.
